conformity, or certain properties or distinctions have lead to customer's uncertainty, yet several of these claims and enticements, redeemed misleading and lead to unanticipated harms, to health, safety, and environment , 

Therefore the customer, needs a method to guide, and assist him to identify the reality of what is displayed before him, and limit the potentiality of his exposition to sickness or harm due to what he consumes or cause damage his environment.

Libyan quality mark:

The center issues patents, and licenses for Libyan quality mark fixing, on certain commodities in compliance with the issued regulations thereof , to show the conformity of the commodities with the technical requirements, standard specifications ( relating to, human health and environment safety)

The center shall not grant such patents, before proceeding a field scrutiny and realization of safety and correctness of entire productive phases, reassure quality, and the manufacturing entity obligations toward imposed regulations requirements. 

The center shall perform, field follow up throughout the patent or license period, and cancelled it whenever discovers breach of technical requirements, or standard specifications.
